As you age, your fitness regimen must adapt to the changes in your body. With 40-plus years of practice and study I can draw on a wealth of experience, skill, and common sense to create a practice suited to your specific needs. Whether you are a high school athlete or an eighty-year-old with arthritis, you will have a practice that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.

One size does not fit all. The body you have now is not the same body you had ten years ago or will have ten years from now. You need paths to fitness for every stage of your life. The common exercise routines offered in large general yoga classes and gym workouts can, over time, be more damaging than beneficial, ultimately leading to injury. My therapeutic, individualized approach will improve the quality of your life, not only now, but in the years to come.

Through both yoga and Yamuna® Body Rolling techniques, you can increase your flexibility and strength, improve your posture and the alignment of your whole body, and get rid of the constrictions that are impeding movement.
